- The Certificate Programs and Master of Theology are offered only through Distance Study.

- If you are enrolling for the Certificate of Ministry, Certificate of Theology, or Master of Theology, you can register at any time and begin your studies shortly after registration.
- For the BBib or BTh programs, you will need to register before the start of the next semester, which begins in February or mid-July.

- Set up your student profile on the BTC Nexsis portal and follow the steps to register. You will need to pay a R200 registration fee and have documents (e.g., ID, Matric Certificate) ready to submit.
- If you need to pause your application, you can return to complete it later.

- If you meet the requirements, you will receive an acceptance letter. Afterwards, you will need to pay a R5000 upfront fee to cover your registration, technology fee, and part of your study costs.

- Pay the fee into the BTC bank account or through the Yoco Online Payment Link, then complete your course selection on the Nexis Portal.

- You will receive a BTC Welcome Pack, which includes your BTC Office365 account.
- This account gives you access to Schoology for course materials, EBSCO for articles and course books, and the MS Office suite.
- The pack also contains important information and tutorials to help you with your studies at BTC.
