AFDA 2026 Enrollment Date
Enrolment is the final step to complete before starting your studies at AFDA for the year. All students, whether new or returning, must go through this process to ensure their submitted documents and signed enrolment agreement are valid for the upcoming academic year.
For new students enrolling at AFDA for the first time, you must have applied, been accepted, and paid your registration fee before proceeding. Enrolment for 2026 requires you to visit your nearest campus in person, along with your parent or fee payer, starting Monday, 15 January 2026. Make sure to bring all necessary enrolment documents.
Returning students, including 2nd-year, 3rd-year, and Postgraduate students, or those who have previously studied at AFDA, can complete their enrolment online at https://enrol.afda.co.za/.

AFDA Online Application Requirements 2026
To start the enrolment process, you will need to provide some documents to the AFDA enrolment team:
- AFDA Acceptance letter
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of your latest academic results
Please Note:
If you have not received your matric results/certificate, you may use your Grade 11 Report / Latest Transcript that you applied with to continue with the enrolment process. You will be able to present a certified copy of your matric certificate once you have received it.

Once you have received your provisional acceptance letter to study at AFDA, the next step is to pay your registration fee. This payment ensures your place on the class list and secures your spot in the program.
AFDA Registration Fee For 2026:
- R1950 for all programmes at AFDA, including undergraduate degrees, higher certificate programmes, and postgraduate qualifications.
AFDA Registration Deadline:
- While there is no set deadline for registration, once the programmes are full, a waiting list may be created for applicants still wishing to enrol.
Important: Retain a copy of your proof of payment and email it directly to the Recruitment Officer or Campus Recruitment Team who have been in contact with you regarding your application.
