GWC Online Application Form 2026-2027

The George Whitefield College online application form is available on the college’s official website during the application period. This form allows students to submit their personal, academic, and supporting documents for admission consideration.

Once you submit your online application for the 2026-2027 academic year, the Faculty Board will review applications and provide a decision within at least one month after the deadline. You will receive an email with An acceptance letter, an Embassy letter for international students and Acceptance fee schedules for tuition and accommodation.

Before acceptance, you may be invited to complete an entrance assessment or interview. To apply, visit the college’s official website, download the application form, and complete it with the required information.

Online Application Dates at GWC 2026-2027

George Whitefield College invites applications from both South African and international students. The application deadlines for the 2026 academic year are:

International Students and Bursary Candidates

Deadline: 15 July 2025
Faculty Review: 30 July 2025
Outcome: 9 August 2025

Final Deadline for International Students and Bursary Applicants

Deadline: 16 September 2025
Faculty Review: 1 October 2025
Outcome: 11 October 2025

South African Students

Deadline: 21 October 2025
Faculty Review: 5 November 2025
Outcome: 15 November 2025

Documents Required for Online Application 2026-2027

The following documents are required to complete the application:

ID/Passport
Photograph (JPEG)
Pastor’s reference
2 general reference forms
Medical certificate (if applicable)

Academic Documents:

Certified school leaving results
University degree results (complete/incomplete)
Certified transcript from previous studies
Certified degree certificates
IELTS/TOEFL (International students only)

GWC Online Application Process 2026-2027

Follow these steps to apply for the 2026 academic year at GWC:

Visit the official GWC application portal.
Create a new account.
Check your spam/junk folder for emails from NOREPLY@gwc.ac.za.
If a page is not loading, click the ‘refresh’ button.
Upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee (refer to the 2025 Fees Schedule).
After submission, you may be invited for an entrance assessment and/or interview before acceptance.

Important Information For GWC 2026-2027 Application

Below is general application information that needs to be acknowledged by all applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year;

International Students

Apply to GWC as early as possible since obtaining a South African study permit may take weeks. If awarded a bursary, you will receive confirmation. Schedule your visa appointment promptly after receiving this confirmation.

For Accredited Programmes

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) RPL can grant access, module credits, or qualification credits per college policies. Submit an RPL form during your application. Admission via RPL is capped at 10% of annual enrolments. Refer to the Student Handbook for details.

Credit Transfer (CAT)

Apply for credit transfer after acceptance but before your programme starts. Applications will be available in your portal once accepted.
