Unizulu Online Application Requirements For 2026-2027

Each application must include certified copies of the following documents:

• Identity Document
• Diploma or degree certificate (if applicable)
• Academic record with conduct details from any previous tertiary institution
• Proof of payment for the non-refundable application fee (refer to the fee details above)
• Matric results or certificate

Additional requirements for foreign students:

• Valid passport and study permit
• SAQA verification certificate
• Proof of financial means (such as bank statements, bursaries, or traveller’s cheques) to cover living expenses and tuition fees during their stay in South Africa.

Applicants who do not meet the requirements but obtained a Senior certificate/school leaving certificate from the matriculation examination or an equivalent certificate, and seek to qualify for a conditional exemption, may be considered for academic programmes specifying “Matric Exemption” provided that they are 23 years old and above and meet the other requirements.

• Click on Apply
• Click on Continue with Application tab
• Enter your ID number and CAO number
• Click on continue
• Enter every needed information
• A popup will appear with your CAO number, Password and EasyPayNumber
• Click on Continue with the application
• Enter your next of kin
• Enter your grade 11 result or grade 12 result
• Choose the course you want to study
• Check the information provided in the summer of your application
• Click on the Process My Application button at the end of the page
• Upload your supporting documents
• Pay your fee
